The court-authorized Yellow Social Interactive class action settlement website can be found at YSISettlement.com.
Settlement class members do not need to file a claim form to automatically receive virtual gold coins in an amount equal to 27 percent of the net purchase amount they spent on the Pulsz games during the relevant time periods, minus settlement administration expenses and fees, at a rate of 10,000 virtual coins per dollar.
Class members who file a timely, valid claim form (called an election form on the settlement website) can instead receive a cash payment equal to 23 percent of their net purchase amount during the class period, minus settlement administration expenses and fees.
Should the total amount of all valid cash elections exceed 25 percent of the estimated total benefit—e.g., the sum of the net purchase amount in each of the six covered states during the relevant time periods, multiplied by 25 percent—payments to class members will be reduced on a pro rata basis, with the remainder of each class member’s benefit to be paid out in the form of virtual gold coins.
To file a Yellow Social Interactive settlement claim form online, class members can head to this page and enter the settlement claim ID found on their copy of the settlement notice. Alternatively, class members can download a PDF claim form (election form) to print, complete and return by mail to the settlement administrator.
All Pulsz settlement claim forms must be submitted online or postmarked by November 30, 2026.
The court will determine whether to grant final approval to the Yellow Social Interactive Pulsz class action settlement following a hearing on December 31, 2026. Benefits will begin to be distributed to class members only after final approval has been granted and any appeals have been resolved.
The Yellow Social Interactive class action lawsuit alleged that the company’s sale of virtual coins in its Pulsz and Pulszbingo social casino-style apps violated Alabama, Ohio, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Tennessee and Kentucky gambling laws.
