A parking lot attendant in New York has filed a lawsuit against 30 Operating, LLC and a laundry list of other companies saying he wasn’t paid in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). The plaintiff says he worked 60 hours per week, but only received straight time for overtime work because the defendants classified him as “non-exempt” under the FLSA. The suit hopes to cover those employed by the defendants as parking attendants in the past three years.
