Main Line Fertility Settlement Ends Class Action Lawsuit Over Alleged ‘Meta Pixel’ Data Sharing

The Main Line Fertility settlement received preliminary approval from the court on September 30, 2025 and covers all individuals who had a Main Line Fertility patient portal account as of February 5, 2025. Per the settlement agreement, the number of distinct portal account holders is estimated to be approximately 14,000 users.

Main Line Fertility settlement class members who submit a valid, timely claim form are eligible to receive a one-time cash payment of $35. According to the settlement agreement, class members can elect to receive their payout via check or electronic payment, and checks must be cashed within 180 days after issuance before expiration.
In addition to the cash payout, each class member with a valid claim form will automatically receive two free years of Privacy Shield Pro, which provides dark web protection, a virtual private network (VPN), password protection and other online security measures.
To submit a claim form online, class members can head to this page and enter the class member ID found on their copy of the settlement notice. Consumers who believe they may be a class member but did not receive a class action settlement notice should contact the settlement administrator to confirm their identity and receive their login ID.
Alternatively, class members may download a PDF of the claim form to print, fill out, and return by mail to the address listed near the top of the document.
Main Line Fertility settlement claim forms must be submitted online or by mail by December 29, 2025.
The court will determine whether to grant final approval to the Main Line Fertility settlement at a hearing on January 6, 2026. Compensation will begin to be distributed to class members only after final approval is granted and any appeals are resolved.
The Main Line Fertility class action lawsuit alleged that the IVF clinic unlawfully utilized tracking, analytics and advertising technologies, including Meta Pixel, on its website to obtain user information and disclose it to third parties without their knowledge or authorization.
