The RexMD class action settlement, which received preliminary court approval on June 4, 2025, covers any U.S. resident who is or was a LifeMD or RexMD member or who ordered LifeMD or RexMD products through the date the deal goes into effect and whose private information was allegedly disclosed to a third party via tracking tools on the LifeMD and/or RexMD websites.
The court-approved website for the RexMD settlement can be found at LifeMDSettlement.com. Court documents state that the LifeMD and RexMD class action settlement covers more than 835,000 people.
RexMD settlement class members who submit a timely, valid claim form can choose to receive either a $10 cash payment or a $25 voucher, which will remain valid for two years, for RexMD services.
As part of the deal, RexMD has also agreed to implement a third-party consent service to “enhance consent management” on its website for at least two years.
To submit a claim form online, class members can visit this page on the settlement website and log in with the unique settlement claim ID that can be found in the settlement notice received by class members.
Alternatively, a PDF of the claim form is available to print, fill out and mail back to the address listed on the first page of the document.
All claim forms must be either submitted online or postmarked no later than September 22, 2025.
A hearing is set for September 30, 2025 to determine whether the settlement will receive final approval from the court. Class action settlement compensation will begin to be distributed to eligible consumers only after final approval is granted and any appeals are resolved.
The RexMD class action lawsuit alleged that the telehealth company, which provides treatment options for sensitive health conditions, intentionally installed on its website invisible tracking technologies to “improve its advertising and increase its profits.” The case alleged RexMD used tracking pixels to secretly collect and disclose to third parties, including Meta, Google and TikTok, the identifiable and protected health information of “each and every visitor to and user of” its website.
