Lawsuit Filed for Pinwei Restaurant Workers

A lawsuit has been filed on behalf of current and former cashiers, choppers, dishwashers, prep cooks, toppers and delivery staff of Pinwei Restaurant (Henderson Kitchen Inc.). The suit claims potential class and collective members are owed unpaid minimum and overtime wages, as well as tips that were allegedly illegally distributed to non-tipped workers, such as hosts and hostesses.
