Account Discovery Systems LLC is facing a proposed class action out of Pennsylvania alleging violations of the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act. The plaintiff said the defendant called him multiple times in connection with an alleged debt and left several voice messages on his phone – as well as his mother’s telephone. The suit claims that in these messages, there was a three- to six-second silence before a voice spoke, indicating that the calls were made with an automatic telephone dialing system.
