Two former tow truck drivers have filed suit against C & L Towing and Transport, LLC and the company’s chief executive officer over claims that the defendants violated provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Two former tow truck drivers have filed suit against C & L Towing and Transport, LLC and the company’s chief executive officer over claims that the defendants violated provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act. In particular, the complaint argues that the towing company denied its workers proper time-and-a-half overtime wages for the hours they worked above 40 each week and failed to accurately record their hours worked.
