A former employee claims Tennessee's Crucial Customs and Restorations failed to pay time-and-a-half wages, and edited her hours to show less time worked.
Tennessee
Crucial Customs and Restorations, LLC and its owner are staring down a proposed collective action filed by a former employee who claims she regularly worked more than 40 hours per week without overtime pay. The plaintiff says employees were required to clock in and out of work using a mobile app belonging to the defendants. The defendants allegedly regularly edited the plaintiff’s time records “in an effort to pay her for less overtime than she had actually worked.”
