Winter Haven, Florida-based Beall’s Outlet Stores, Inc. is on the receiving end of a former store manager’s proposed class action that alleges she and other employees were not paid proper overtime wages. The plaintiff, who the case says worked for the defendant from October 2014 through March 2017, claims she regularly worked more than 40 hours per week without being paid at the mandatory time-and-a-half hourly overtime rate.
