A former employee claims in a lawsuit that he worked an average of 70 hours per week for Angelini Metal Works without proper overtime pay.
A former employee has filed a lawsuit against Angelini Metal Works Corp. and two individuals with control over the business in an effort to recover allegedly unpaid overtime wages. The plaintiff, citing alleged Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) violations, claims he worked an average of 70 hours per week as a welder for the defendants from August 2007 through late December 2017 without being paid proper minimum or time-and-a-half hourly overtime wages.
