The court-approved website for the Canteen vending machine class action settlement can be found at VendingMachineSettlement.com.
The deal covers all consumers who, at any time between 2014 and July 9, 2025, made one or more purchases from a qualifying vending machine in the United States using a credit, debit or prepaid card.
According to the settlement agreement, the qualifying purchase or purchases must have been made at a Compass-owned or -operated vending machine that provided a cash or card payment option and charged more than the listed price for purchases made with a credit, debit or prepaid card.
The agreement notes that the deal does not cover Canteen vending machines that displayed a cash discount sticker—a label disclosing that the displayed price is the cash price, which is lower than the amount charged for card payments—at the time of purchase, or a digital shopping cart—a screen that shows both cash and credit prices.

The deadline to file a vending machine settlement claim form is November 14, 2025.
