Venetian Las Vegas Gaming, LLC has agreed to a $1.6 million class action settlement to resolve a lawsuit that alleged the luxury hotel and casino resort disclosed website users’ guest-record information and confidential communications to third parties without consent.

The Venetian Las Vegas Gaming class action settlement received preliminary approval from the court on August 26, 2026. Eligible for the settlement are all California residents who, while in the state, from September 18, 2024 through March 16, 2026, accessed and/or navigated the Venetian Las Vegas website (VenetianLasVegas.com) and/or made a reservation for a Venetian hotel stay through the Venetian Las Vegas website.
The court-approved Venetian Las Vegas Gaming class action settlement website can be found at VenetianLasVegasSettlement.com.
Settlement class members who accessed and/or navigated the Venetian website can submit a timely, valid claim form to receive an estimated $3.60 cash payment.
In addition, class members who made a hotel reservation on the Venetian website can file a timely, valid claim form to receive an estimated $71.39 cash payment.
The final amount of each class member’s cash payment(s) will be determined based on the total number of valid claims filed, among other factors.
To submit a Venetian Las Vegas Gaming settlement claim form online, class members can head to this page and enter the unique ID and PIN found on their copy of the settlement notice. Alternatively, class members can download a PDF claim form to print, complete and return by mail to the settlement administrator.

All Venetian Las Vegas Gaming settlement claim forms must be submitted online or postmarked by November 24, 2026.
The court will determine whether to grant final approval to the Venetian Las Vegas Gaming settlement following a hearing on December 3, 2026. Settlement money will begin to be distributed to class members only after final approval has been granted and any appeals have been resolved.
The Venetian Las Vegas Gaming class action lawsuit alleged that the luxury hotel and casino resort disclosed website visitors’ guest-record information and confidential communications to third parties—including Heap, Google and Meta—without consent, in violation of the California Invasion of Privacy Act.
