U.S.A. Plumbing & Septic and its day-to-day operations manager are on the wrong end of a class action claiming employees are owed unpaid overtime wages. The lawsuit, filed in Floridia district court by a former employee, claims the plaintiff worked more than roughly 730 hours of overtime without receiving time-and-a-half hourly overtime pay.
