Tootsie's Cabaret Faces Suit Over Credit Card Receipts

Miami Gardens Square One, which does business as Tootsie’s Cabaret, has been accused of displaying too much information on its credit card receipts. According to the suit, Tootsie’s displayed the last four digits of the lead plaintiff’s credit card number, as well as the first six of his actual account number, an alleged violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
