Strax Rejuvenation Facing Another TCPA Class Action

For the second time in less than a week, Strax Wellness Center, which operates as Strax Rejuvenation, has been named as the defendant in a proposed class action seeking redress for allegedly unsolicited marketing text messages. The plaintiff claims he received at least four text messages from the Florida cosmetic surgery center despite never giving the defendant permission to contact his cell phone. The complaint claims the messages were sent with the use of automatic telephone dialing equipment prohibited for use in non-emergency situations under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
