A former laborer has filed a proposed class action against RDJE, Inc. and its owner claiming he and proposed class members were not paid proper overtime wages.
A former laborer has filed a proposed class action against RDJE, Inc. and its owner claiming he and proposed class members were not paid for time spent working prior to arriving at jobsites. The plaintiff claims that from March 2012 through April 2016, he and similarly situated workers were not paid time-and-a-half overtime wages for all hours worked over 40 in a week.
