The same law firm behind a slew of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance class actions against tourist attractions and restaurants is behind another lawsuit.
The same New York law firm behind a slew of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance class actions against tourist attractions and restaurants is behind another lawsuit over similar allegations. Filed in New York, this latest lawsuit claims Raymour’s Furniture Company’s website is nearly impossible for visually impaired individuals to use because its exclusively digital interface is not compatible with widely used accessibility software. The plaintiff—a legally blind individual—claims his civil rights were violated because of the numerous access barriers on Raymours.com.
