A proposed class action has been filed against ProActive Partners Inc. and two individual defendants on behalf of individuals employed as nurse case managers who were not paid for all hours worked, including time-and-a-half overtime wages. The plaintiff, a registered nurse and case manager, claims she regularly worked as many as 80-plus hours a week without being paid overtime wages.
