Plains All American GP Hit with Unpaid Overtime Lawsuit

A former employee of Plains All American GP LLC has filed a proposed collective action against the company, claiming it failed to properly compensate him. The plaintiff says he worked for Plains All American as an operations technician and was required to work before and after his scheduled shifts without pay. According to the complaint, the plaintiff was uncompensated for the time he spent putting on and taking off required clothing and protective gear, as well as time spent communicating with employees who worked the shifts before and after his.
