Pipe Pros, LLC and the oilfield maintenance services company’s president and vice president are the defendants in a proposed class action that claims individuals employed as field workers were required to work more than 80 hours per week without proper overtime pay. The seven-page lawsuit alleges that instead of paying time-and-a-half overtime wages as required by the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the defendants paid employees a hybrid salary plus hourly non-discretionary bonuses.
