OneAZ (formerly known as Arizona State Credit Union) is facing a class action claiming that it failed to pay its employees proper wages.
OneAZ (formerly known as Arizona State Credit Union) is facing a class action claiming that it failed to pay its employees proper wages. The lawsuit, filed in Arizona, alleges that OneAZ refused to pay its mortgage loan officers at the proper overtime rate for all the hours they worked – typically between one and ten overtime hours per week, according to the complaint. The suit is looking to compensate OneAZ’s Arizona employees for a portion of their allegedly unpaid wages.
