Scally’s Lube & Go Towing & Recovery and its owner Robert Scally are facing a class action out of Florida claiming the parties violated the Fair Labor Standards Act’s (FLSA) minimum wage and overtime violations. The plaintiff claims he often worked 70 hours or more in a week without receiving the proper minimum wage or time-and-a-half overtime from the towing company.
