A warehouse worker currently employed by L.O. Florist Supplies, LLC has filed a proposed class action claiming he is owed unpaid overtime wages under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). The lawsuit claims the plaintiff, who has been employed by the defendants since 2012, worked an average of 59 hours per week without being paid time-and-a-half for all hours worked over 40.
