Farm Neck Association, Inc., which does business as Farm Neck Golf Club in Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts, and a manager and general manager are on the receiving end of a proposed class action filed over allegedly unpaid minimum and time-and-a-half overtime wages. Filed by a former cook, the lawsuit claims in addition to not being paid proper wages, the woman and similarly situated employees were forced by the defendants to work off the clock without documentation.
