A proposed class and collective action filed on behalf of current and former Helix TCS, Inc. security guards claims the workers were not paid proper wages for hours worked beyond 40 each workweek. Citing alleged violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and Colorado minimum wage law, the case claims salaried security guards worked in the neighborhood of 100 hours over a two-week pay period without being paid at the time-and-a-half hourly rate.
