Gilmer Lodging, Inc. and an individual are on the receiving end of a proposed collective action filed by a former employee who claims they failed to pay her minimum and overtime wages in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act. The plaintiff alleges that she worked as a desk clerk at the defendant’s Executive Inn located in Gilmer, Texas.
