Defendants Wild Blue Orchid, Inc. (which does business as Chocolat), Moca Bar and Grill, Inc. and a manager are facing a proposed class action filed by former employees who claim they were routinely not paid rightful minimum or overtime wages in a timely manner. The 31-page complaint alleges the defendants maintain a workforce that is “not always paid within seven calendar days” after the end of each workweek and are often not paid for every hour they’ve worked.
