FLSA Lawsuit Filed Against La Cucina Management

The owning and operating entity of Perricone’s Marketplace & Café, La Cucina Management, Inc., and its owner are on the wrong end of a proposed class action over allegedly unpaid overtime wages.  The case says the plaintiff worked as a sous chef for the defendants from 2008 through February 2017. During that time, the man was never paid time-and-a-half overtime wages for all hours worked over 40, even though he worked an average of 57 and a half hours per week, the suit claims.
