Ferrellgas Partners and Ferrellgas Inc. – as well as two chief executives – have been hit with a securities lawsuit out of New York. According to the suit, the defendants violated federal law by issuing false and misleading statements about its finances in press releases regarding quarterly earnings and acquisitions. The suit aims to cover those who purchased Ferrellgas securities between December 10, 2014 and September 28, 2016.
