Dispatchers Hit Accel Logistics with Unpaid Overtime Lawsuit

Three dispatchers claim in a proposed collective action that defendant Accel Logistics Inc. refused to pay them and similarly situated workers time-and-a-half overtime wages for hours worked over 40 in a week. The complaint claims that employees of the oilfield services company routinely worked more than 90 hours per week, but did not receive Fair Labor Standards Act-mandated time-and-a-half overtime pay.
