The owning and operating entities of Clinton Deli and Grocery have been named in a proposed class action filed by three former employees who claim they were not paid acceptable minimum and overtime wages. Each of the plaintiffs claim they worked at least 60 hours per week without Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)-mandated minimum or overtime wages.
