Florida-based Rich Products Corporation is in the midst of a proposed class action that claims the company failed to pay proper minimum and time-and-a-half overtime wages to its non-exempt employees. The plaintiff claims the defendant uniformly misclassified its route sales representatives as a means to avoid paying overtime wages.
