Suffolk County Settlement Ends Lawsuit Over Red-Light Camera Violation Admin Fees
September 17, 2026 Suffolk County, NY, will provide up to $45M in cash to settle a lawsuit that alleged the county imposed an unlawful $30 admin fee on top of red-light camera fines.
