Lawsuit: Oceanside Extended Care Center Performs Mass Layoff Without Warning
July 21, 2017 A.D.M.E. Investment Partners, Ltd. (which does business as Oceanside Extended Care Center) and two affiliates are on the receiving end of a proposed class action lawsuit that claims they failed to provide employees 60 days’ notice of a mass layoff.
