Anthony 57, Inc., Sabal Springs Homeowners’ Association, Inc., and a supervisor are facing a proposed class action in Florida over allegedly unpaid minimum wages. The lawsuit claims the plaintiff and other food and drink servers at the defendants’ restaurant, Anthony’s on the Green in Fort Meyers, Florida, were paid $2 per hour, a rate far below the statutory minimum set by the Fair Labor Standards Act.
