Mattocks v. Kimberly-Clark Corporation et al
Filed: July 10, 2017 ◆§ 3:17-cv-01397-MMA-AGS
Kimberly-Clark is the defendant in another class action alleging its 'Naturals' flushable wipes are deceptively labeled and marketed.
For the second time in a week, Kimberly-Clark Corporation is the defendant in a proposed class action alleging it deceptively labels and markets its Scotts “Naturals” flushable wipes products. This latest suit, which also names Clark Worldwide, Inc. and Kimberly-Clark Global Sales, LLC as defendants, alleges Kimberly-Clark’s “labeling, packaging, and advertising” of its Naturals Flushable Cleansing Cloths, Flushable Wipes, and Naturals Aloe Vera Flushable Wipes are likely to deceive reasonable consumers since the products all contain numerous synthetic, unnatural ingredients.
