Fabletics Lawsuit: Is VIP Worth It?

If you paid the $59.95 monthly membership fee, a recently filed lawsuit contends that you may have been subject to deceptive pricing practices. Specifically, the case claims that VIPs did not realize until after enrolling in the program, which offers a credit each month allowing members to buy an outfit for up to $100, that it is “next to impossible” to receive the promised value as very few products are priced that high.
