Issue #320

Illegal Employer Wage Reductions?

We’re opening this issue with an investigation into how some employers may be violating state and federal labor laws when it comes to employees working extra hours. More on that in our first story.

From there, a recently filed lawsuit is claiming that a product sold to strengthen hair may do the exact opposite, while another takes issue with the ingredients in certain cat treats. Our last story will touch on a case filed over the contents of certain vape devices and cartridges.

Keep reading for more information on these cases, as well as the latest class action settlements you may be able to claim.
