United Healthcare Services Hit with TCPA Suit Over Alleged Junk Faxes

A Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) lawsuit has been filed against United Healthcare Services, Inc. after the defendant allegedly sent consumers unsolicited fax advertisements that didn’t contain required opt-out information.
