Two individuals are behind a proposed class action that alleges Tax Group Center, Inc. violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by using an automatic dialing system to place calls to consumers’ cell phones nationwide. Some of the numbers pinged by the defendant, the 25-page lawsuit alleges, are present in the National Do Not Call Registry.
