TCPA Class Action Proposed Against Merchant Services Company

Emerchantbroker.com, LLC and First American Merchant Services, LLC are the defendants in a proposed class action over alleged violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). The plaintiff, a Virginia resident, reports being contacted by the defendants through an “automatic telephone dialing system” with the aim of soliciting his business.
