Plaintiff Ryoo Dental has filed a proposed class action alleging Darby Dental Supply, LLC sent “hundreds of thousands” of unwanted advertisement junk faxes that violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). The case claims the defendant’s allegedly illegal conduct was “part of a well-organized mass advertising tactic and campaign.” The defendant’s alleged junk faxes were sent without mandatory opt-out language required by the TCPA, the lawsuit says.
