A Connecticut chiropractor has filed a proposed class action against Squip, Inc. over alleged violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
A Connecticut chiropractor has filed a proposed class action against Squip, Inc. over alleged violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act’s Junk Fax Prevention provision. The lawsuit claims the defendant sent unsolicited junk faxes to proposed class members without first receiving prior express permission to do so. Further, the complaint says the defendant allegedly sent these junk faxes without including mandatory opt-out language.
