A proposed class action filed over alleged Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) abuses claims defendant Prince-Parker & Associates, Inc. left voice messages on consumers’ phones in which it unlawfully failed to identify itself as a debt collector calling to collect a debt.
