Mount Vernon Mills Knocked with TCPA Class Action Over Junk Faxes

A proposed class action claims Mouth Vernon Mills, Inc. sent unsolicited junk advertisement faxes to at least 40 recipients in violation of the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). The plaintiff, West Virginia’s E & G, Inc., says the junk faxes were sent without mandatory opt-out language, leaving the company and proposed class members with no recourse to stop the unauthorized faxes from coming through and wasting ink, paper and toner.
