Miller & Milone, P.C. is facing a proposed class action filed by a man who claims the debt collector failed to specify in a collection letter that no attorney had personally reviewed his case.
Miller & Milone, P.C. is on the receiving end of a proposed class action filed by a man who claims the debt collector failed to specify in a collection letter that no attorney had personally reviewed his case. The lawsuit argues that the defendant’s communication could falsely imply to the least sophisticated consumer that the law firm was directly involved in collecting the debt when in reality, there had been “no meaningful attorney involvement.”
