Lawsuit Claims Carolina Narrow Fabric Company’s Faxed Ads Constitute TCPA Violation

Carolina Narrow Fabric Company (CNF) is facing a proposed class action lawsuit filed by a Michigan business that claims it received an unsolicited fax advertisement from the defendant in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
