The plaintiff claims the defendants called her hundreds of times in 2016 using an autodialer and pre-recorded voice. According to the complaint, the plaintiff did not provide prior consent to receive the robocalls and requested multiple times that the defendants cease calling her. The “illegal” autodialed calls caused the plaintiff “worry, frustration, aggravation, distress and lost time,” the suit argues.
