Out of Florida federal court comes a proposed class action that claims Couture Med Spa sent unsolicited marketing text messages to consumers.
The plaintiff alleges he received 14 automated texts from the defendant regarding beauty treatments and promotional events between December 2017 and September 2018. According to the case, the defendant violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by failing to obtain the man’s express written consent before contacting him and by using an automatic telephone dialing system. The plaintiff further claims the messages violated his privacy and disrupted his daily life.
