A California man has filed a proposed class action that alleges defendant Raymond James Financial, Inc. unlawfully recorded consumer calls.
A California man has filed a proposed class action that alleges defendant Raymond James Financial, Inc. unlawfully recorded phone calls between its customer service representatives and consumers without consent or disclosing that the calls were being recorded. The complaint claims the defendant’s alleged conduct was intentional and violated California consumer protection laws that ban the intentional, non-consensual recording of any phone communication without the consent of all parties.
